Reviews and Ratings
Upon arriving at the hotel, I was delighted to find a clean and comfortable room with a nice and perfectly cool bed. However, the curtains didn't close properly, which was a minor inconvenience. The service, despite being friendly, left something to be desired due to certain facilities lacking like a soft bed and no fridge. On the bright side, the location was perfect for my needs, being just across from a Metro stop with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. While the dining experience was not the best and a bit expensive for adults, the buffet offered good variety. The facilities were adequate and offered room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was excellent for a few days exploring Montreal. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to Old Town and China Town. The room, although a bit outdated, was comfortable. The service was top-notch, with quick room finishing and accommodating staff. However, the dining experience was overpriced and disappointing.
The hotel has a lovely lobby lounge with a fish pond and Chinese sculptures, offering clean and spacious rooms. Despite my request to be away from it, my room was next to the elevator. The service, especially from Vu, the bartender, was exceptionally nice, and the staff were very friendly and informative. The location was convenient, near Montreal Chinatown in the downtown area, with easy access to Old Montreal and the harbor. The dining experience, although for me and my wife, was on the expensive side but very good with just a minor wish for a wider selection of bagels. Overall, the hotel provided more than we expected.
The hotel is situated in an excellent location in Chinatown, making it perfect for exploring local sites and enjoying oriental cuisine. The rooms, while spacious and comfortable, could benefit from some updates, especially with the carpets. The service was friendly and helpful overall, although the mandatory 10% tip for buffet service was a drawback. The dining experience left much to be desired with high additional costs and poor quality. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel's proximity to local attractions and the availability of nearby Metro stations make it a superb choice for travelers.
The hotel offered spacious and immaculately clean rooms, but unfortunately, some noise disturbances from other guests affected the overall comfort. The service was mixed, with some staff being very informative while others lacked friendliness. The location was central and convenient for accessing city sites and attractions, but early morning interruptions from cleaning staff were a downside. The dining experience had some positive aspects but was criticized for being expensive and of low quality in some cases.
The hotel is situated in a superb location, just steps away from the metro station and surrounded by great eateries, especially if you enjoy oriental cuisine. The staff is accommodating and friendly, making the stay quite pleasant. On the downside, the dining experience could use some enhancements, like adding more variety to the breakfast options. However, the convenient location and friendly service make up for it.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, kept pristine clean throughout. The staff were beyond helpful no matter what time of day, although I do wish there was a fridge included as part of the facilities. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right near Notre Dame Basilica and Chinatown, with easy access to everything I needed. The dining options were a bit pricey, but the food was delicious. Overall, a great value for money stay!
